The Chicken or Gallus gallus domesticus is coming
from Southeastern Asia.

In the beginning it was
domesticated for cockfighting or ceremonies, later
on for food.

In the present people also started to
keep them as pets.

Hopefully in the future more of
them will become pets and less of them food.
